Chapter 5

While reading chapter five we are introduced to new characters and challenges. The two characters introduced are a farmer and a tracker driver. The tractor driver is arrogant and selfish. He is in it for the money and for the wordily benefits. The challenges that are faced are that poverty and lack of funds are presented. Kids are starved and in ragged clothes. People are getting more and more selfish as the book goes on. Some characters keep their moral standards high, but others have dropped every chapter of the book.
